At ARG Sales (partnered with Greenline Seeds), we take pride in providing high-quality agricultural inputs. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please email us immediately at support@argsales.in or WhatsApp us.
After Dispatch: Once the package has been handed over to India Post or our courier partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of seeds, we do not accept returns for products once delivered, except in the following specific cases:
Wrong Product Received: If you ordered Jawar seeds but received Bajra seeds.
Damaged Package: If the packet is torn, leaking, or crushed at the time of delivery.
Important Requirement: To claim a replacement for damage, you must provide an Unboxing Video showing the package being opened. This helps us claim insurance from the courier partner.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Opened seed packets (seal broken).
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
Germination Issues: While we supply high-quality standard seeds, germination depends on various factors like soil, weather, water, and sowing technique. We cannot offer refunds based on yield or germination results as these are beyond our control.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved (e.g., for a damaged/missing item):
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI).
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days after we approve your claim.
- For orders sent via India Post, we may request you to self-ship the return item if a reverse pickup is not available in your pin code. We will reimburse standard India Post shipping charges in such cases.
